2 months agoI’ve been ordering from this place for a while now. Always ordered it for delivery never had an issue everything was always correct with my order. Decided today (02/01/2026) to order my food for pickup. First off I ordered my food around 1230pm online it said my order was ready for pickup at 1:27pm but it wasn’t. My husband went up and asked 3x if it was ready yet cause at this point it’s been a whole hour. I understand that they get busy but they need to do better with the customer service. The lady at the front calling every persons name is very rude and not attentive at all. When I finally said enough is enough I got out the car instead of my husband again and asked about my order. With an attitude and looking very annoyed she said it’s not ready yet. HOW? It’s been over an hour at that point and that is when I made the decision that I will not be ordering from them again despite the food being good because if you are going to own a business and work in the customer service field then they need to be a lot more nicer, professional, and attentive. I refuse to be ignored when I’m asking about my food that I waited over an hour for when I’m the one spending money with YOUR BUSINESS! Customer service is definitely a -0/10 for me!

3 months agoCan't speak highly enough of this place. I truly felt like I was back in Brooklyn. The smell....if you're from NYC you know what I'm talking about .....my God this place is heavenly. Every single thing was perfect. The roll, the eggs, the meat , the cheese. I literally have nothing I would have changed. This place is PERFECT! thank you all so much for your dedication to making a great product! From one New Yorker, to another....you're doing a hell of a job. I can't wait to go back.

4 months agoIf you're thinking about trying this place run don't walk to the window. You get a authentic New York accent, great food and a side of Great customer service. As a born Floridian I couldn't have asked for more. They even ask if you your eggs seasoned - Because I mean who wants to season their on food, especially if you're on the Go. I love this place. My Hungry man Sanwhich was soooo good!

5 months agoIt was edible I guess not authentic nor New York. They don’t greet you or let you know it’s self order. Completely stiffed me on the bacon compared to their pictures. It was just egg and bread honestly. Sloppy. Wouldn’t come back.

5 months agoFive stars because this is possibly the most authentic NYC style SEC on a roll I’ve seen outside NYC. Can’t speak more highly about the sandwich. Just beware it probably took 20+ minutes for it to be ready - definitely not NYC speed lol. But, worth it for the quality.

6 months agoThis place is amazing! The premade ice coffee is the way to go it has an amazing flavor, almost like a cross between a latte and ice coffee. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese as well which was delicious. The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and very great on his suggestions. This business has a NYC vibe to it which is really cool. Even the seating outside is beautiful and well kept. This was the perfect place for me to eat breakfast on a work trip to Florida. I’d rather come here once other breakfast spots in Tampa anytime.

a year agoFast service for delicious sandwiches! There are little tables to sit at so this place is perfect for a quick bite. I came here with a friend who’s a native New Yorker and he said it was very nostalgic!

a year agoOh, my yum! This transplanted New Yorker was happy in my tummy after having a bec sandwich. I had some time put on appointments with my half pint, and we came for lunch. This was delicious, and I can't wait to come back with my other half pint and my hubby. Both Hubby and I were born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I love seeing the food from the hometown here in my home.
